You can poach an employee to attract him  to another company

Poaching an employee is not honest business practice = it is not ethical

By the way way i agree with this sentence = statement ( déclaration )

A head hunter who poaches an employee successfully is paid by contingency = commission

Beeing  paid by contingency means a percentage of the employee ‘s salaries

Define

A headhunter will target employees in rival companies

So he is able to identify people with high skills

He / she is looking for the elite / high end candidates

He is paid by contingency and recruits on a worldwide / international basis 

 the companies which recruit a hadhunter have to pay a fee ( HONORAIRE)
