 important = foremost = essential = paramount = cruciral 

it is crucial not to be overworked

it is paramount     to have a part time job to allow you to ( to allow someone to = permettre à qq de)  have another job on the side

to my mind it is essential to have equal opportunities ( equal opportunities = des chances égales) 

i agree but as for me it is foremost to be able to evolve in the company

i condone this idea = i support this idea . But i believe also that it is crucial to earn a lot of money 

I side with you = i agree  but to do so you need to have a top job

I think so too but it is also   foremost to get along with ( top get along with = bien s 'entendre avec) your colleagues 

In my opinion you need also to be motivated.
