The positive side is that te employees enjoy more free time / more leisure time

The cons are that it is difficult = tricky to get a loan at the bank and finance your projects
A drawback is that you have no bonuses = incentives= perks
The shortcomings is that you receive no holiday pay , sick pay , no retirement fund , no maternity leave( congés de maternité)

The perks for an employer is saving costs /money/ running costs/ operating costs ( couts de fonctionnement)
The boons is that you can hire from a pool of talents
A positive side is that you save on operating costsand rents as you do not need to rent ( louer) massive offices
A drawback is that an employee can leave at any time and thus leave the company stranded ( coincé) = in the air = at a disadvantage
A downside is that you do not have the most experienced people because you do not supply = provide training( training = formation )
Some employees might feel tempted to do a bad job because they are not committed( impliqué)
So the company = the firm = the venture ( a company a bit risky ) can go bankrupt
