SHE DOES NOT SEEM TO ENJOY THE WORK

The working conditions seem hard = rough = tough = painful

She has to work fast = the pace of work is intense

the pros  

 to work at Amazon is a bonus because you can earn a good salary just by working on weekends for exAmple.

  Amazon hires a lot or people in need of work

 amazon is more attractive than other companies.

Amazon recruites in large Numbers and does not discriminate. 

Employees rarely go on strike. 

Amazon is a positive thing because you are paid handsomely.

Amazon is good because they offer  respectable jobs. 

Amazon is good for workers because the workers have vouchers on their next buy = purchase.

-  the positive side is that the salary is high

- the job is easy to access 

- the job doesn't require a lot of skills 

- It doesn’t require many skills

- We can earn a lot of Money in a short amount of time

- We can schedule our day of work easily= it is flexible

- Amazon hires loads of people

  Amazon doesn’t require many diploma 

  amazon offers work to everyone, with or without a diploma

 

 the cons 

 the negative Side of Amazon is that the firm doesn't give sick days to independent contractors

: The company collects a lot of personal data which can be risky for privacy,

 at  amazon the tasks are always the same = are repetitive and it is complicated to get a promotion / to be promoted

  they are paid lesscompared to the harshness of the job

 there are lots of people going on  Strike because they don’t like working like this . They complain about the working conditions, the fast pace of work and the lack of breaks.Moreover they find it difficult to meet their quotas

A DEFINITION

In the gig economy, instead of a regular wage, workers get paid for the "gigs" they do, such as a food delivery or a car journey.

it is either a working environment that offers flexibility with regard to employment hours, or... it is a form of exploitation with very little workplace protection.
