the drawbacks of teleworking is the isolation/ the lack of human contact and interactions
and also the hyper connectivity = too much screen time
so employees must have the right to disconnect

A company in New Zealand that tested four-day work weeks says the experiment was so successful that it wants to make it permanent.
. The company said its employees all reported greater productivity, better work-life balance and lower stress levels from working one less day a week.

Barnes, the CEO said employees became more productive, spending less time on social media or non-work activity.
"Why am I not paying based on output (rendement) ?" Barnes said. "Why am I paying for days in the office?"
Employees offered other ideas on measuring productivity, like having small flags to place on their desks when they didn't want to be disturbed.
"What happens is you get a motivated, energized, stimulated, loyal work force," he said. "I have ended up with statistics that indicate my staff are fiercely proud of the company they work for because it takes care of them ."

teleworking is attractive
it is a positive because you can stay at home
it allows companies to retain their employees
i guess you can become a digital nomad and discover new landscapes
moeover it is flexible.
But the downside is that you can become isolated and it prevents innovation as you do not share ideas with your colleagues

hybrid work is amix of teleworking and regular work
for example the employee can spend 2 days at home and 3 days in the office
it improves ( améliorer= rpoductivity
it allows the company to be more efficient
But the drawback is that you can feel isolated as you are not visible to the rest of the staff.
you can experience a lack of motivation as people do not see your good work.
Moreover staying at home can be a bit boring as you never meet new people .

it is a concept that is based on a 3 day weekend and a 4 day week as you work only from monday to thursday and do not work on the friday.
it improves productivity as workers spend less time on social media.
you can be disturbed at the office so some workers decide to put a flag on their desk not to be disturbed and chat with people.
the drawback is that you can produce less.
But the plus is that the CEO pays for the output / productivity and not for the day/ time spent in the office.
Employees are happier all the more as their employer trust them and listen to their demands.
Moreover it allows the company to need less work space .
