Samia Chirine : The text tackles the facts that people don’t really care anymore about « out of date » or « best before date »products whereas a few years ago it wasn’t the case.
The rule on Food labelling are complicated. Dan Parslow who runs the website Best Before Its gone in Daventry, Says that seven or eight years ago people Were afraid of best before dates but they no longer are
All items must have an expiration date and the items such as meat and ready meals must include a use by date.

Firstly, we saw that fresh meat is dangerous for your health and that there is « use by » label, to prevent illnesses for user/ consumers
But for other food items , they only need a «best before » date, which means that their food is safe even if you go futher that theout of date but they can’t keep the quality of the food
Helena Jordan : Meat, fish and ready meals require a "use by"date because they're dangerous for consumption after that date. otherwise the other food items only need a "best before" date because they are safe after that date .

i love meat so much so i could not .
i could not become vegetarian but i also know that i should reduce my meat consumption
i could not become a vegetarian because / since / as vegetarian food is not tasty enough
i am used to eating meat so cutting down on meat would be impossible for me
i could not because i like to have a choice of dishes
