this is the wall of peace that keeps the protestants and the catholics divided.
It is located iin Belfast where the two communities are still at each other's throat about their religion and their dream for the country.
it is a landmark= a sight visited by many tourists = holidaymakers as we can surmise by the double decker bus on the bottom right hand corner and the thumb protruding on the top left hand corner.
it is common knowledge that the catholics are mainly republicans who want to reunite with the rest of ireland and the republic of ireland.
On the other hand the protestants are mostly unionists or loyalists who want to remain British.
The wall is there to prevent any terrorist attack on both communities.
