To rent a house or a flat To List the properties= to rent your propoerty Fees  = a payment Less expensive than a hotel Different types of accomodations Easy to use Save (economiser) money A source of revenue	THE CONS OF AIR BNB Not to match the description ) The host = the person that welcomes you Not to be comfy = not to be comfortable Dangerous = risky the property does not match the description destroy the local community increase rents limit the number of rentals for local inhabitants increase tourism and its nuisance damage the environment increase noise pollution

AIR B AND B VERSUS  LOCAL INHABITANTS

The advantage of air b and b is that it is easy for foreigners ( étrangers)  to use

People oppose air b and b as it is a major corporation = company that is taking over ( take over = envahir) cities

I prefer renting a holiday let because it is less expensive than a hotel

On the other hand  short term rentals are limiting the number of rentals for local inhabitants

Moreover if you want to stay for a longer period in a city , you cannot afford ( se permettre de payer) a hotel which is too costly = too expensive
