the video mentions the new fangled (tout neuf) car and a new system that can be hacked via a computer

 you can steal the carsby copying the operating system of the car and thus pretend that you are the owner

the name  of the system is  keyless like key and less because you do not have a key but just a click to start your car

it allows you  to open the car without using a  the key
