The troubles started in the 1960’s in northern ireland.Can you guess :

THEY WISH FOR AN EQUAL TREATMENT BETWEEN THE CATHOLICS AND THE PROTESTANTS. THEY WANTED THEIR RIGHTS TO BE RESPECTED. THEY ERE FIGHTING FOR AN END TO SEGREGATION AGAINST THE CATHOLICS 

7.    Who oppose them and by which means ?

THE PROTESTANTS OPPOSE THEM WITH VIOLENT ACTS AND CONFRONTATIONS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT TO LOSE THEIR PRIVILEGES.

8.    So who could have played the moderator between these two communities in Northern Ireland ? Which nation was in control  of that part of the Island of ireland

THE BRITISH ARMY WAS CALLED AS FORCE OF PEACE TO PROTECT BOTH COMMUNITIES BUT AS THEY WERE BRITISH THE CATHOLICS DID NOT TRUST THEM  WHILE THE UNIONISTS BELIEVED THEY SYMPATHIZED TOO MUCH WITH THE CATHOLICS . SO IN FACT THEIR PRESENCE MADE THINGS WORSE
