it is crucial not to be overworked

to my mind it is essential to have equal opportunities ( equal opportunities = des chances égales)
i agree but as for me it is foremost to be able to evolve in the company
i condone this idea = i support this idea . But i believe also that it is crucial to earn a lot of money
I side with you = i agree but to do so you need to have a top job
I think so too but it is also foremost to get along with ( top get along with = bien s 'entendre avec) your colleagues
In my opinion you need also to be motivated.
