1.CF BOOK CAMBRIDGE OFFICIEL P 141 a 143 + doc audio

In my opinion = to = as for me = to my mind = as far as I am concerned

My own thinking would be …

 Expensive =costly = hefty

I agree = I side with you = I could not agree more

I do not agree = I disagree= I do not side with you = my foot

It is positive for the planet = it is a plus for the planet =

It is up to everybody to decide what they want to do

 Even if it is expensive it is not as costly as as a car

Eco friendly = green

Everyone to his own taste .

 indeed it benefits the planet

in most cases it cannot be denied that it is not fast ( rapide)  enough

the first thing that needs to be acknowledged is that  most people need cars to go to work ( POUR = TO + verb/ for + nom )

in some cities means are transports are very efficient ( efficient = efficace)

we must make a distinction between the people who can afford to take public transports and those who can have their own car because at the end of the day it depends on your finances ( depend on )

in other words it is cheaper ( cheap = not expensive) and more  eco friendly  to use public transports.
