She looked like a depressed person

She was a happy little girl = she used to be a happy little girl

When she was little she was happy but when she grew up people mocked her for her height

This girl suffered from depression

So she watched videos of self harm ( auto mutilation )

She watched vidoes on youtube  and because of the algorithms she was bombarded with new videos of self harm without her requesting it .
