I agree with the sentence because he killed a person in horrendous circumstances

 His act was evil

So he should pay for his crime and as he knew the laws and broke them

Moreover we have to render justice to the poor victim

He did not do it on purpose

I DISAGREE WITH THE DEATH

I disagree because he was probably drunk and did that without understanding the seriousness of his act
