STEP 1  WHAT KIND OF JOB WOULD YOU LIKE ?

I would like  to create my own company because I do not want a boss = i do not want someone above ( au dessus) me

I want to be independent = i wish to be a self made woman/ man

I hope to create my own company but i have too many ideas and thus it is difficult to choose

I wish to create my own business to be able to innovate .

 

STEP 3 MY INPUT : REPHRASE USING EXPRESSIONS OF PROS AND CONS

 THE PROS OF SELF EMPLOYMENT

Being self-employed can have its advantages. These include :

• choose your own hours;
• independent
• free  to try out new ideas;
• to be more satisfied with your job .
• to get rich more rapidly

THE CONS

• to feel more pressure
• a need to succeed at all cost ( at all cost = à tout prix)
• be legally respons
• a lack of free time.;
• have money worries.
• a lack of holidays,
• a lack of social benefits such as sick pay  and paid holidays as you are independent

You have to motivate your team

Your product must be of great value for money ( to be a great value for money = valoir le coup/ etre une bonne affaire )and the best on the market

You should know how to promote your product on the market

You must have fun with your staff
