LACROSSE : it is a team sport  quite similar to American football.It is quite thrilling to watch.A full gear or equipment is required to play because the game allows bodily contact for men but not for women.The basic equipment contains a helmet, paddings , gloves, a mouth cover to protect your teeth.You need a racket with a net to catch the ball which is made of wood and slightly( légèrement) smaller than a baseball .The game can be violent but also speedy.and it  is very popular in the States and Canada .
