The banks are not giving a loan = not lending money.

OWS: Occupying Wall Street. (movement)

They would like to change the world.

The banks are fooling around with the economics =  the finances of the government

OWS accuses the banks of taking too much risk with our money

OWS reproaches the banks for losing money.

OWS blames the CEOs for taking bonuses.

STEP 3 : If you were a banker, what would you do?

If i am a banker one day, I will lend people money at a lower the interest rate.
