I accuse the shooters (= killers, murderers) for/ of killing 13 student ( for = la cause =← // To + BV = le but →)
I put the blame on society for releasing violent movies
I charge the parents, of the shooters with not preventing ( = enpecher) the crime
I reproach the parents with not hiding the guns properly (= correctement)
I accuse violent games for their bad influence on the young (= teenagers= the youth = the yougster)/ of having a bad influence on teens
I criticize society for waging wars ( wage a war=declencher une guerre)
I suspect public school of not doing anything to stop the bullies

HAVE entre should et part passé car HAVE est à la base verbale donc possible après un modal Et HAVE est toujours suivi d'un part passé donc possible ici .
TRADUCTION : Les parents AURAIENT DU PREVENIR la police = donc même chose en français AURAIENT = SHOULD// DU = HAVE mais ici BV et non part passé // PREVENIR = warned mais ici BV au lieu du part passé en anglais .
