VOCABULARY : the poem : beat bullying

Word of the day : my wit = my intelligence
extra words: awasome= brilliant
obviously not (évidemment pas)
obvious = clearly


Third stanza
1. As a consequence, the victim is destroyed .
2.The victim of bullying could commit suicide. Hence the victim's suicide.



fourth STANZA
1. I hadn't been born / she is going to drown ( se noyer)herself
2. they acted for fun
3.she is not the only one. there are plerty in the same sitution

fifth stanza

1.they are all stars/ celebritie/ houseold name
2.ever if i were bullied in the past, you can become a star
3.you used to be a victim , you can succed/ make it to the top


Why do they bully people?
1 because of peer pressure
as they feel jealous
since they feel ill at ease
since it is fun
they get a kick out of it =they take pleasure in victimizing people

2 What should we do to stop bullying?
we should report them to adults
we ought to use our wit to answer them back with intelligence
We had better use our self control
